Herons Class

All the children have settled in really well to Heron Class. We are enjoying getting to know each other and forming new friendships.

Our topic this term is ‘Beans’, and we have already been enjoying a range of activities linked to our topic. In Geography, we have been learning about the world around us and recognising different countries, including exploring differences in wealth between countries.

In Art, we have been learning about prints. We have created our own leaf prints and made good use of our outdoor classroom to explore printing with natural materials.

We have also started swimming this term, and it has been wonderful to see the children becoming more confident and comfortable in the water. They have made a great start!
